Bakgrunn

Beates publikasjoner inkluderer Cambridge Handbook of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Sustainability (Cambridge University Press, 2019, medredaktør: Christopher M. Bruner); Creating Corporate Sustainability: Gender as an Agent for Change (Cambridge University Press, 2018, medredaktør: Irene Lynch Fannon), og Company Law and Sustainability: Legal Barriers and Opportunities (Cambridge University Press, 2015, medredaktør: Benjamin Richardson), oversatt til koreansk.

Ved College of Europe er Beate ansvarlig for LLM-kurset ‘Ensuring Sustainability through EU Law’.

  • Andreas Hösli, The Directors’ Duty of Care and Climate Change – Corporate Board Responsibility in the Anthropocene (arbeidstittel)
  • Chiara Morfea, De-Risking the Oil & Gas Sector Through Sustainability Due Diligence and the EU Taxonomy on Sustainable Finance (arbeidstittel)
